Southwood Estate is a National Trust estate in Pembrokeshire, open land that's free to roam. It sits inside the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Make a day of it: pick up Wales Coast Path, or stop off at Wildwater Sauna, Newgale. For arrivals by rail, Haverfordwest Station is about 11.3 km to the south-east.
