Trearddur Bay wraps around a sheltered horseshoe of sand on Holy Island, the water calm enough for family swimming and popular for kayaking and diving. Rocky headlands break the coast into smaller coves on either side, and the Anglesey Coastal Path threads between them. Holyhead station is about 3km to the north, and Porth Dafarch is a short walk down the coast.
