Keiss is a small fishing village on Sinclair’s Bay, up the A99 north of Wick. There’s a little working harbour and a long sweep of sandy beach, and the ruins of Keiss Castle sit right on the cliff edge just north of the village — a tower house you can walk out to along the coast. Wick station is about 11km south.
