Dale is a small sailing village set on a sheltered, south-facing bay near the mouth of Milford Haven. The calm water makes it a busy watersports spot, with dinghies, windsurfers and paddleboards out through the summer, and the coast path runs from here to St Ann’s Head lighthouse and round to the surf beaches on the peninsula’s western side. Milford Haven station is about 9km east by road.
