West Angle Bay is a west-facing sandy beach with good rock pools at the mouth of the Milford Haven waterway, near the village of Angle. Thorn Island, with its Victorian fort, sits just offshore, and there’s a café and car park behind the sand. It catches the evening sun and picks up enough swell to draw the odd surfer. Milford Haven station is about 6km to the north-east.
