Dry valley of crags above the sea.
A dry valley of jagged tors runs parallel to the sea near Lynton, its slopes grazed by a long-established herd of feral goats. Wordsworth and Coleridge both walked here in their day. A level path, the North Walk, curves round the cliffs from Lynton to reach it in about a mile. It’s easy to get to, with a car park and a tea garden at the far end.
