Rockfield is a small family distillery in Hereford, set up in 2023 on the site of an old cider mill by the Wye. It makes gin and a spiced rum, and puts on tours, tastings and gin-school sessions where you blend your own bottle. Worth booking ahead. It’s handy for anyone arriving by train: Hereford station is only a few hundred metres away.
