Klys, a Cornish word for cosy, is a mobile sauna run by Lin, an APPI Pilates instructor, and its regular pitch is beside the Salix Beach Cafe on Small Hope Beach. Shared sessions take up to eight people, with sunset sessions too, and the sea is right in front for a dip. One session pairs a Pilates class on the beach with an hour in the sauna afterwards.
