Jaimie owns and runs HOLT, and Jaimie’s sister Megan hosts the sessions. The sauna stands on the promenade at Broadsands, so you can walk straight down onto the sand for a dip in Tor Bay between rounds. Broadsands is a sheltered beach with a row of beach huts along the back.
