Come in February and March for the bulbs: Chippenham Park floods its woodland and lakeside walks with snowdrops, then aconites and daffodils, around a country house north of Newmarket. An RHS partner garden, it also has formal borders that carry the display on into summer. Open on selected days with an admission charge; Kennett station is about 4km to the south-east.
