The Running Fox is a village bakery and café at Longframlington, near Rothbury, turning out good bread, pies and cakes each morning. There’s a much-loved second branch down at Felton on the Coquet, handy if you’re stopping at the Northumberland Arms. Acklington station is about 9km east.
