Geoff Bowen planted Pebblebed just over the hedge from Darts Farm in 1999, aiming at an English vin de pays, and it has grown organically ever since, with a famously communal annual harvest. Tours and tastings run through the summer, and the cellar door is at Darts Farm near Topsham. The station is a couple of kilometres off.
