The Isle of Ewe Smokehouse is a family operation at Ormiscaig, above Loch Ewe near Aultbea, curing salmon and shellfish the traditional way. There’s a farm shop on site — handy for stocking up if you’re working your way round the coast road between Gruinard Bay and Gairloch. Signposted off the A832.
