On a family farm above the Upper Clyde since 1985, the Erringtons make raw-milk sheep and goat cheeses, among them Lanark Blue and the Super Gold-winning Corra Linn, with a barn shop and small cafe to match. Whey-fed pork rounds out the larder. It sits below Couthally Castle, and a longer trip could take in the Falls of Clyde downstream.
