Near Boncath in the north of the county, Caws Cenarth is a family farmhouse cheesemaker. It’s best known for Perl Wen and the blue Perl Las, and for the washed-rind Golden Cenarth, which has won national awards. A viewing gallery lets you watch the cheese being made, and there’s a shop. Clunderwen is the nearest station, well to the south.
