Bob and Annie Lindo planted their first vines on this south-facing slope above the Camel valley in 1989, and Camel Valley has since become the best-known name in Cornish wine, taking major awards for its sparkling wine and holding a royal warrant. You can tour the vineyard in season, or just sit on the terrace with a glass looking over the vines. It’s near Nanstallon, a few miles west of Bodmin; Roche station is about 7km away.
