A ringwork castle once stood here — today it survives as earthworks in West Sussex. It is the only ringwork castle the Albion Guide charts in the county. Other castles nearby include Chichester Castle and Keep of Tote Copse castle. Bognor Regis Station is 7.2 km away to the north-east.
