A cluster of sandy, machair-backed bays on the Northton peninsula at the south end of Harris, looking out towards the Sound of Harris. Quiet and easy to reach — turn off the A859 near Leverburgh and walk down from Northton village. Good for an unhurried stroll, with plenty of birdlife on the flowery machair behind the sand.
