Avon Beach is the one Saltwater Sauna site with electric stoves. Its two identical saunas, seven people each, stand on the promenade near The Noisy Lobster and look across the water to the Isle of Wight. The shore here is a mix of sand and shingle, so the operator suggests swim shoes for your sea dip, and there’s a cold beach shower too.
