A lakeside Nordic sauna and a floating sauna at Tapnell Farm, with lifeguarded swims in between

At the aquapark end of the lake at Tapnell Farm, Slomo runs a wood-fired Nordic sauna seating ten plus a small floating sauna for four, which opens seasonally. You sweat, float out on the water, then swim in the lake with a lifeguard on duty. Park at the farm park and walk the gravel path between the lake and the sleeper wall. Tapnell called the floating sauna the UK’s first mobile public one.
