The Seafood Shack in Ullapool is an award-winning street-food trailer serving whatever’s been landed that day — squat lobster, mussels, hand-dived scallops — in a roll or a box to eat on the harbour. It runs seasonally from a yard off West Argyle Street. Cheap, fresh and very good, and usually with a queue for a reason.
