Ardmair is a curving pebble-and-shingle bay just north of Ullapool, tucked under the crags of Ben More Coigach with a small island sitting offshore. It’s right beside the A835, so an easy stop, and there’s a campsite behind the beach. More a spot for a leg-stretch and a look at the water than a sandy sunbathe, but a lovely one.
