Part restaurant, part fishmonger, Fish Shop sits in the middle of Ballater on Royal Deeside, putting sustainably landed Scottish seafood at the centre of everything chef Marcus Sherry cooks. It’s the relaxed sibling of the nearby Fife Arms. Work up an appetite on the wooded hill of Craigendarroch above the village, or head west into the Deeside and Lochnagar hills of the Cairngorms.
