Pashley Manor pairs a Grade I Tudor house with formal walled gardens and rolling borders near Ticehurst. It’s best known for the spring tulip festival, when tens of thousands of tulips fill the colour-themed beds in late April and May. Open Tuesday to Saturday from April to September, paid entry. Etchingham station is about 3km to the south.
