Persie is a small-batch gin distillery at the foot of Glenshee, north of Blairgowrie, making a range of characterful gins by hand. It runs tours and tastings in its farm-steading distillery, a friendly, low-key affair rather than a slick visitor centre. Opening is limited and booking is essential, so sort your slot before making the drive up the glen.
