Mayfield Vineyard grows its vines on Glebe Farm near Sleaford, planted in 2011 and bottling English white, rosé, red and sparkling wines under its Owl Collection label, the Barn Owl Fizz the best known. There’s a small shop and tasting room open midweek, and longer guided tastings can be booked by appointment.
