At around 700 feet up, the Old Inn is reckoned to be the highest pub in Cornwall — a low granite free house in the moorland village of St Breward, on the western flank of Bodmin Moor. Parts of it are genuinely old, with big open fires and thick stone walls against the weather up here. Blisland, and its own well-regarded inn, is just down the road to the south.
