Callum started Haar after years of living in Norway, and St Ninian’s was the first site. The blue sauna holds eight and the green one five, both a little way up from the beach, looking over the tombolo, a sand bar joining St Ninian’s Isle to Shetland’s mainland. Walk down for a sea dip between rounds. There are no changing facilities, so arrive in swimwear.
